Felony arrests

Contraband — David Ray Franklin, 51, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Franklin Wednesday on an additional felony charge of supplying contraband. Ashland police originally arrested Franklin Tuesday for violating his parole on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Megan Arlene Dean, 19, of the 700 block of Oak Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Dean Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. She remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Burglary — Ashley Nicole Bolen, 31, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Bolen Thursday on felony warrants charging her with second-degree burglary and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor warrant for first-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Robert Wayne Thorpe Jr., 59, of the 1100 block of East 10th Street, Medford. On Thursday, Thorpe made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jayson Wesley Boyd, 37, of the 3200 block of Camp Joy Road, Grants Pass. On Thursday, Boyd made his initial court appearance on felony charges of distributing, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Rogelio Damion Sanchez, 20, no known address. Ashland police arrested Sanchez Thursday on felony charges of distributing and possessing cocaine and misdemeanor charges of distributing and possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $22,500 bail.

Aggravated Theft — Jonathon Andres Collins, 24, of the 2200 block of Temple Drive, Medford. Ashland police arrested Collins Thursday on felony charges including six counts of aggravated first-degree theft, 16 counts of first-degree theft and a single count of conspiring to commit first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $187,500 bail.

Aggravated Theft — Kelli N. Oneil, 22, no known address. Ashland police arrested Oneil Thursday on felony charges including six counts of aggravated first-degree theft, 16 counts of first-degree theft and a single count of conspiring to commit aggravated first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $190,000 bail.

Drugs — Bryan Anthony Rahn, 33, no known address. On Thursday, Rahn made his initial court appearance on felony charges of distributing and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jose Antonio Garcia, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Garcia Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, first-degree theft, interfering with police, strangulation and harassment. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $40,000 bail.
