Felony arrests

Identity Theft — Jordan Dale Silva, 24, of the 150 block of Hollyhock Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Silva Friday on additional felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and identity theft, and on an additional misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Silva Wednesday on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $220,000 bail.

Assault — Jerry Ray Deboer Jr., no known address. Medford police arrested Deboer Thursday on a felony charge of second-degree assault and a misdemeanor harassment charge. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Bernie George Helms II, 27, of the 300 block of South Peach Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Helms Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and providing false information to police and for violating his parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Jordan Mathew Ray, 20, of the 200 block of Alta Lane, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Ray Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous fourth-degree assault charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Alicia Danielle Cox, 27, of the 3000 block of Maple Court, White City. On Friday, Cox made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Dominique Ashton Esqueda, 24, of the 3200 block of Avenue A, White City. On Friday, Esqueda made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Sodomy — Corey Christopher Weston, 27, of the 200 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Weston made a court appearance on two felony counts of first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Friday on $250,000 bail.

Burglary — Adam Lee Bilyeu, 29, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Bilyeu Friday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and on misdemeanor charges of possessing burglary tools, second-degree trespassing, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Friday on $32,500 bail.

Robbery — Cole Michael Johnston, 18, of the 3100 block of Bursell Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Johnston Friday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon. He was lodged in jail Friday on $250,000 bail.

Elude — Zachary Daniel Grant, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Grant Friday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, on misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering, reckless driving and driving while suspended and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous driving while suspended charge. He was lodged in jail Friday on $45,500 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 800 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft at 2:42 p.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a two wake boards and two sets of water skis. The loss was valued at $1,250.

Theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a shoplift at 2:50 p.m. Thursday. About 130 Victoria's Secret bras were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $7,854.

Theft — 3400 block of Blue Blossom Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 8:03 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a Mystery Ranch backpack, Garmin handheld GPS device, firefighter shirt and pants, weather kit and measuring device and emergency food meals. The loss and damage to the vehicle window was valued at $1,601.
