Felony arrests

Sexual Abuse — Ranulfo Torres, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Torres Monday on four felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse and a single felony count of attempted first-degree sodomy. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on more than $1 million bail.

Burglary — Raymond Michael LaPlante Jr., 44, of the 2100 block of Jasmine Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested LaPlante Tuesday on a felony count of second-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and second-degree trespassing and failing to report to jail on a previous probation violation. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Debra Ann Hill, 30, of the 1100 block of Southwest Bridge Street, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hill Tuesday on felony warrants charging her with distributing and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $100,000 bail.

Drugs — David William Bozeman Jr., 53, of the 1000 block of West Main Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Bozeman made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Gregory Stewart Killingsworth, 36, of the 800 block of Cedar Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Killingsworth Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Madeline Lee Roach, 21, of the 500 block of North Mountain Avenue, Ashland. On Tuesday, Roach made her initial court appearance on a felony count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Brenda Lee Lightbown, 47, of the first block of Kee Lane, Shady Cove. On Tuesday, Lightbown made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Weapon Use — Eric Chandler Murray, 29, of the 500 block of Alberts Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Murray made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Kyla Breanne Wright, 22, of the 100 block of Mountain Pine Drive, Grants Pass. On Tuesday, Wright made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Randy Vohn Wolgamot, 48, of the first block of White Tail Drive, Eagle Point. On Tuesday, Wolgamot made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Luring a Minor — David Michael Johnson, 34, of the 1300 block of Lawnridge Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Johnson Tuesday on felony charges of luring a minor and second-degree online sexual corruption of a child. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Diego Geovanny Lopez, 32, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Lopez Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, possessing heroin and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, manufacturing and distributing meth, unlawful possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, driving under the influence of intoxicants and attempting to elude police on foot. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Vandalism — 3000 block of State Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to tires at 9:33 a.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $1,488.

Burglary — 1800 block of Oregon Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 5:12 p.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included necklaces, bracelets, and a white Samsung Galaxy On5 smartphone. The loss was valued at $1,200.

Burglary — 200 block of Ashland Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included two shotguns, three rings and about $350 in loose change. The loss was valued at $1,850.
