Medford police arrested Hicks Tuesday on a felony count of first-degree criminal mischief and on misdemeanor counts of second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.
Drugs — Skylar Andrew Barge, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Barge Tuesday on a felony count of possessing heroin and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, a warrant for failing to appear in court on previous meth-possession charge and for violating his parole on a previous witness tampering conviction.
Drugs — Brittany Ellen Anderson, 26, of the 2700 block of Corey Road, White City. Central Point police arrested Anderson Tuesday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing greater than 4 ounces of marijuana and second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday.
Vehicle Theft — James Eric Johannes II, 32, of the 6800 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. Central Point police arrested Johannes Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.
Drugs — Eric Martin Siebold, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Siebold Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree trespassing and third-degree theft, and for violating his parole on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Medford police arrested Gardner Wednesday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $20,000 bail.
Burglary — Laavelle Molioo Jr., 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Molioo Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.
Sexual Abuse — Kristopher Jon Lubbers, 35, of the 2500 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Lubbers Wednesday on two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail.
Theft — 2200 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a black Google Pixel smartphone in a black case, medication, clothing, Ray-Ban sunglasses, tools and camping equipment. The loss was valued at $1,790.
