Felony arrests

Drugs — Anthony James Winsbury, 30, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. Medford police arrested Winsbury Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, possessing methamphetamine, driving while suspended and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and for violating his parole on a previous driving while suspended conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail.

Assault — Ronald Bronson Albanese, 27, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Albanese Friday on felony charges of second-degree assault and aggravated harassment, misdemeanor charges of harassment, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, providing false information to police and interfering with police, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous methamphetamine-possession charge. He remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Ian Daniel Addington, 37, of the 2900 block of Spring Hills Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Addington Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Jeffrey Dennis Rupert, 58, of the 1900 block of Spring Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Rupert Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of failing to register his address as a sex offender and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $20,500 bail.

Drugs — Tyler Dale Sweet, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Sweet Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first- and second-degree theft, unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and providing a false report. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Pamela Nicole Miles, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Miles Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday on her own recognizance.

Rape — Micah Daniel Flood, 32, of the 600 block of Ellen Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Flood Saturday on 15 felony counts of third-degree rape, 15 felony counts of second-degree sexual abuse and 20 felony counts of third-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $375,000 bail.
