Drugs — August Brent Collins Jr., 38, of the 500 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Collins Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with violating a restraining order and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree theft conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.
Drugs — Shannon Christine Towe, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Towe Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, second-degree trespassing and second-degree disorderly conduct, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and third-degree theft. She remained lodged in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail.
Drugs — Christopher Michael Sidener, 40, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Sidener Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of disorderly conduct, interfering with police and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $60,000 bail.
Hit-and-Run — Yolanda Reyna Rios-Arreaga, 36, of the 100 block of Sharon Drive, Phoenix. On Thursday, Rios-Arreaga made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of hit-and-run to an injured person, and on misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run property damage and failing to display a driver's license. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.
Vehicle Theft — Alexander J. Owens, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Owens Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on two misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $13,000 bail.
Theft — 1800 block of Hibiscus Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen construction tools at 7:05 a.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $1,800.
Theft — 2800 block of Bullock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Fluke digital scope meter at 3:09 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $2,000.
