Felony arrests

Theft — Thomas Eugene Woodworth, 33, of the 3000 block of Edmond Way, Medford. Eagle Point police arrested Woodworth on two additional felony counts of first-degree theft. Eagle Point police originally arrested Woodworth June 24 on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous aggravated first-degree theft. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Robbery — Ricardo Antonio Martell, 18, no known address. Talent police arrested Martell Thursday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Assault — Michael Allen Chandler, 51, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Chandler Thursday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and coercion, and on misdemeanor charges of harassment, menacing, interfering with someone making a police report and violating a no-contact order. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Randy Mateo-DeAcosta, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Mateo-DeAcosta Thursday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and third-degree theft. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Theft — John Daren Stribling, 47, of the 800 block of Taylor Street, Medford. On Friday, Stribling made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender Registration — Kyle Plumb, 34, of the 300 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Plumb made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and a misdemeanor charge of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Tasha Lyn Swanson, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Swanson Friday on three felony counts of identity theft, on misdemeanor charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and third-degree theft, and on an out-of-county warrant charging her with possessing heroin and methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Friday on $95,000 bail.

Drugs — Brian Michael Grimm, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Grimm Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous felon in possession of a weapon charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — David Allen Hanscom, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Hanscom Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Forgery — Eric Tyrone Goodson, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Goodson Friday on a felony charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree theft and possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and interfering with police. He was lodged in jail Friday on $32,500 bail.
