Felony arrests

Assault — Richardo Antonio Martell, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Martell Thursday on a felony count of second-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree assault. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $500,000 bail.

Forgery — Elizabeth Patricia Gray, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Gray Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree possessing a forged instrument, and on out-of-county warrants charging her with identity theft, second- and third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Brooke Andrea Evans, 21, of the 1100 block of North Fifth Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Evans Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a sanction for possessing methamphetamine. She remained lodged in jail Friday on $5,000 bail.

Drugs — Alonzo Knight Self, 27, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Self Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree assault, harassment and possessing meth, and for violating her probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Deena Kristina Franklin, 31, of the 1100 block of Arroyo Drive, Central Point. Medford police arrested Franklin Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Vehicle Theft — Earl Richard Shamblin III, 36, of the 600 block of Glass Lane, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Shamblin Thursday on felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, conspiring to to commit unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and trafficking in stolen vehicles. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Vehicle Theft — Kelli Bryn Chott, 34, of the 600 block of Glass Lane, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Chott Thursday on felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, conspiring to commit unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and trafficking in stolen vehicles. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Criminal Mischief — Joshua Glenn Hines, 33, of the 32300 block of Highway 62, Trail. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hines Thursday on felony charges of first-degree criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, on misdemeanor counts of attempting to elude police on foot, reckless driving and reckless endangering, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $40,000 bail.

Drugs — Kevin Patrick Smith, 27, of the 1600 block of South Stage Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge and for violating his parole on a previous third-degree robbery conviction.

Drugs — Cheryl Larvie, 29, of the 3600 block of Avenue G, White City. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Larvie Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Sodomy — Nathaniel Alan Hudek, 19, of the 600 block of Ipson Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Hudek made a court appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of first-degree sodomy and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $50,000 bail.

Assault — John Viera Andrade, 23, of the 900 block of Fourth Avenue, Gold Hill. On Thursday, Andrade made a court appearance on a felony charges of second- and third-degree assault, misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday.

Drugs — Bryce Daniel Tepper, 20, of the 6700 block of McLoughlin Drive, Central Point. On Thursday, Tepper made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Criminal Mistreatment — Briana Ashley Soto, 34, of the 300 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. On Thursday, Soto made her initial court appearance on felony charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and third-degree assault. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Daniel Justin Ives, 26, of the 1000 block of Comet Avenue, Central Point. On Thursday, Ives made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. he was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Wayne Allen Streight, 36, of the 20200 block of Antioch Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Streight Thursday on felony count of first-degree theft and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Identity Theft — Michael Ray Buchanan, 20, of the 700 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Buchanan Thursday on felony charges of identity theft and first-degree forgery. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Identity Theft — Tyson Lee Ceideburg, 26, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Medford police arrested Ceideburg Thursday on felony charges of identity theft and first-degree forgery. He was charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on additional felony charges including first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering and reckless driving. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $45,000 bail.

Drugs — Keri Lyn Oakes, 39, of the 4700 block of Glen Echo Way, Central Point. Medford police arrested Oakes Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on out-of-county warrants. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Cheyenne Edward Libby, 21, no known address. Eagle Point police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Libby Friday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing methamphetamine, possessing a stolen vehicle, reckless driving and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $70,000 bail.

Drugs — Mack Lee Ceideburg, 52, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Ceideburg Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing meth. He was booked in the jail and released Friday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Joshua David Hearne, 35, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Hearne made a court appearance on felony charges of possessing heroin, possessing heroin and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended, violating a no-contact order and driving while suspended, and for violating his probation on a previous DUII conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday on $30,000 bail.

Elude — Hope Susan Hoover, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hoover Friday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on an out-of-county warrant for violating her parole on a previous first-degree theft conviction.

Drugs — Calvin Deandre Dunbar, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Dunbar Friday on felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Friday on $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Russell Allen Reedy, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Reedy Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and for violating his parole on a previous second-degree robbery conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Robbery — Angel Robert Guadarrama, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Guadarrama Friday on a felony charge of second-degree robbery, and on misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft, second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $115,000 bail.
