Felony arrests

Drugs — Matthew Scott Lamer, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Lamer Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous coercion charge. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — John David Glandon, 45, of the 5000 block of Whitmore Avenue, Talent. Medford police arrested Glandon Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and second-degree theft. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $27,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Mark A. Peters, 57, no known address. Medford police arrested Peters Saturday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a stolen vehicle, and for violating his parole on a previous conviction for delivering methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Ronald Glenn Pollock, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Pollock Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his probation. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Assaulting an Officer — Jason Kirk Mastoris, 35, of the 3800 block of Avenue E, White City. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Mastoris Saturday on felony charges of assaulting a police officer and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangering, driving while suspended and resisting arrest. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance.

Supplying Contraband — Linda Yazmin Osorio, 34, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Osorio Saturday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $15,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Jose Samuel Ramos-Vance, 18, of the first block of South Orange Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ramos-Vance Saturday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Riley Patrick Wray, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Wray Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin, a misdemeanor contempt of court charge and for violating his parole on a previous heroin-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Tasha Marie Looper, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Looper Saturday on a felony charge of possessing oxycodone, a misdemeanor charge of possessing a Schedule III controlled substance, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, possessing oxycodone, possessing hydrocodone, possessing methamphetamine and third-degree theft, and for violating her parole on a previous first-degree theft conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.
