A Medford man pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court to charges of rape and sexual abuse of two minors that allegedly occurred a decade ago.

Wesley Michael Hoadley, 32, of the 2200 block of East Main Street, Medford, is accused of sexually abusing two minors on multiple occasions between April 1, 2007, and Sept. 15, 2010, according to an indictment. The alleged victims were under the ages of 12 and 14 at the time.

The alleged victims didn’t report the crimes to law enforcement for more than a decade, court documents say.

Hoadley was arrested July 20, with bail set at $100,000. He faces five felony charges, including one count of rape and four counts of first-degree sexual abuse. The rape charge could carry up to 20 years in prison; each sexual abuse count could carry up to 10 years. He is no longer listed in the Jackson County Jail, records show.

Hoadley has a pretrial hearing set for Sept. 5.
