Felony arrests

Drugs — Jackie Lee Espinoza, 41, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Espinoza Friday on felony charges of possessing and delivering methamphetamine and possessing and delivering heroin. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance.

Sodomy — Matthew Anthony Padilla, 23, of the 700 block of Manzanita Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Padilla Friday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree sodomy and second-degree sexual abuse, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of possessing methamphetamine and carrying a concealed dangerous weapon. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million bail.

Drugs — Maurice Lemont Jhons Jr., 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Jhons Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and on charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million bail.

Drugs — Tyler Allen Zavada, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Zavada Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, fourth-degree assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $27,500 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Steven Neal Mahoney, 36, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Mahoney Friday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $25,000 bail.

Drugs — Travis Ray Lyons, 26, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Lyons Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on an out-of-county warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Rebecca Mae Bailey, 52, of the 300 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Bailey Saturday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing methamphetamine, on a misdemeanor warrant for second-degree trespassing, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine, strangulation, fourth-degree assault, harassment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary and second-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Tyler John Chicano, 24, of the 500 block of Midway Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Chicano Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth and possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Danielle Raeann Duvall, 22, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Duvall Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $22,500 bail.
