Felony arrests

Drugs — Julie Ann Wilson, 48, of the 900 block of Ridgeview Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Wilson Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Assaulting an Officer — Miles Alexander Washington, 19, no known address. Rogue River police and Central Point police arrested Washington Monday on felony charges of assaulting a police officer, attempted first-degree assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and first-degree trespassing. He remained lodged in jail Tuesday on $55,000 bail.

Sex Offender Registration — Vincent John Hinton, 25, no known address. Ashland police arrested Hinton Tuesday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Sarah Elizabeth Vischer, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Vischer Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree escape, third-degree theft, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $115,000 bail.

Weapon Use — Coby Edward Osborne, 31, of the 500 block of Amerman Drive, Phoenix. Ashland police arrested Osborne Tuesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and carrying a concealed firearm. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Adam Bruce Chapman, 34, no known address. Central Point police arrested Chapman Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Shannon Lynn Brasley, 41, of the 1400 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Central Point police arrested Brasley Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — George Bailey Shiroma, 45, no known address. Central Point police arrested Shiroma Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and on an out-of-county warrant for violating his probation on a previous meth-delivery conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Criminal Mistreatment — Lisa Marie Smith, 57, of the 2100 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Smith Tuesday on felony warrants charging her with first-degree criminal mistreatment, aggravated identity theft, identity theft and first-degree theft, on a misdemeanor warrant charging her with second-degree forgery, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of third-degree theft, first-degree trespassing and possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released.

Drugs — Allan Michael Scott Florea, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Florea Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Hit-and-Run — Robert Houston Petetit, 53, of the 3000 block of Adams Circle, Medford. On Tuesday, Petetit made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, and on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and fourth-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Johnnie Alvarado, 37, of the 900 block of Broad Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Alvarado Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge, and for violating his probation on previous convictions for possessing meth and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $45,000 bail.

Drugs — Willie James Walker, 40, no known address. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Walker Tuesday on felony charges of possessing and delivering methamphetamine, possessing and delivering cocaine and felon in possession of body armor, and on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and interfering with police. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $92,500 bail.

Drugs — Jennifer Marie Wooldridge, 33, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Wooldridge Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Assault — Jonny Fernando Aldana-Ramirez, 28, of the 3600 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Aldana-Ramirez Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Hindering Prosecution — Jackie Lee Espinoza, 41, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Espinoza Tuesday on a felony charge of hindering prosecution. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Drugs — Dustin Mitchell Phelps, 34, of the 800 block of Niantic Street, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Phelps Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on more than $1 million bail.

Sexual Abuse — Dominic Magallanes, 39, of the 200 block of North Phoenix Road, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Magallanes Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree sexual abuse, and on misdemeanor warrants charging him with third-degree sexual abuse and two counts of attempted third-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $260,000 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 1100 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 9:14 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a Sage fly fishing rod, a Penwick fly fishing rod and prescription medications. The loss was valued at $1,155.

Theft — 2400 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen HP laptop at 3:09 p.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $1,000.
