Felony arrests

Drugs — Linda Yazmin Osorio, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Osorio Thursday on an additional felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and an additional misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Medford police originally arrested Osorio Tuesday on a felony burglary charge, and on misdemeanor trespassing and disorderly conduct. She was released from the Jackson County Jail Thursday.

Drugs — Kevin Tyler Lowry, 25, of the 100 block of Highland Drive, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Lowry Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing heroin and driving under the influence of intoxicants, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous methamphetamine-possession and heroin-possession charges. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Mail Theft — Tyler Daniel Hague, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Hague Wednesday on felony charges of mail theft and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and second- and third-degree criminal mischief. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $30,000 bail.

Elude — Justin Dwayne Brewer, 31, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Brewer Wednesday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, on felony warrants charging him with manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, hit-and-run, interfering with police, providing false information to police and second-degree trespassing, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Elude — Wesley James Neff, 21, of the 6800 block of Pico Drive, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Neff Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Wesley David McEvers, 31, of the 300 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police arrested McEvers Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a warrant charging him with failing to appear on a contempt charge. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Michael Jonathan Barrett, 42, of the 6600 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Talent police arrested Barrett Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — Edward Burmaster Wiley-Jones, 34, of the 5400 block of Monument Drive, Grants Pass. On Thursday, Wiley-Jones made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of delivering methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor cahrges of possessing greater than 4 ounces of marijuana and carrying a concealed firearm. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Kayla Breann Gilsdorf, 18, no known address. Ashland police arrested Gilsdorf Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.

Burglary — Brian Edward Mendolia, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Mendolia Thursday on felony charges of second-degree burglary, first degree theft and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, second- and third-degree theft and unlawfully entering a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $162,500 bail.

Identity Theft — Celeste Elizabeth Shrader, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Shrader Thursday on felony charges of identity theft and first-degree theft, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a contempt charge and on an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior first-degree burglary charge. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $37,000 bail.
