Felony arrests

Drugs — Katherine Marie Hogue, 52, of the 400 block of Silver Creek Drive, Central Point. Talent police arrested Hogue Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, delivering a Schedule III controlled substance, attempted first-degree theft, third-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and providing false information to police.  She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $67,500 bail.

Drugs — Matthew Joseph Torres, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Torres Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Attempted Assault — Jason Thomas Barrall, 41, of the 300 block of Tolman Creek Road, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Barrall Friday on felony charges of attempted second-degree assault and assaulting a police officer, and on misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, attempting to elude police on foot, second-degree disorderly conduct and attempted unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Friday on $70,000 bail.

Drugs — Raymond Everett Pitzl, 35, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Pitzl Friday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Tammy Lee Newton, 50, of Stockton, California. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Newton Friday on felony charges of possessing cocaine and possessing and delivering heroin. She was lodged in jail Friday on $37,500 bail.

Drugs — Heather Natayla Womack, 31, of Medford. On Friday, Womack made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Konnor Allan Lewis, 23, of the 300 block of Edwards Street, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Lewis Friday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on misdemeanor charges of third-degree escape, resisting arrest and interfering with police. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Vehicle Theft — Alonzo Knight Self, 27, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Self Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of interfering with police, third-degree escape and reckless driving, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Jonathan Alan Ochoa, 30, no known address. Ashland police arrested Ochoa Friday on felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing cocaine, and on misdemeanor charges of possessing and delivering marijuana. He was lodged in jail Friday on $37,500 bail.
