Felony arrests

Drugs — Jacob Joseph Perry, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Perry Thursday on additional felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin and manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Perry Tuesday for violating his parole on a weapons conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.

Elude — Paul Edward May, 50, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies and Medford police arrested May Wednesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and driving while suspended, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving while suspended and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $10,000 bail.

Organized Retail Theft — Mike Van Ward, 61, of Sacramento, California. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ward Wednesday on felony charges of organized retail theft, aggravated first-degree theft, conspiring to commit aggravated first-degree theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Sandra Sue Martin, 55, no known address. Medford police arrested Martin Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Shelby Faith Rosenberger, 21, of the 400 block of De Barr Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Rosenberger Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and hit-and-run. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Ricardo Delatorre, 28, of the 3600 block of Antelope Road, White City. On Thursday, Delatorre made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing heroin. he was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Kerry Jeramy Wipf, 38, of the 100 block of Arrowhead Pass Drive, Jacksonville. On Thursday, Wipf made his initial court appearance on felony counts of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Wesley Daniel Scott, 36, no known address. Ashland police arrested Scott Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin, and a misdemeanor warrant for second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $15,000 bail.

Robbery — Daniel Allexx Hance, 22, of the 600 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Central Point police arrested Hance Thursday on felony charges of first-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $207,500 bail.

Luring a Minor — Gerald Beckwith Sanders III, 49, no known address. Central Point police arrested Sanders Thursday on two felony counts of luring a minor, and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $17,500 bail.

Sex Offender Registration — Robin Stewart Dowell, 63, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Dowell Thursday on felony counts of failing to register his address as a sex offender and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released.

Robbery — Jiles Duane Michels, 40, no known address. Central Point police arrested Michels Thursday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing, and on an out-of-county warrant for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $112,500 bail.
