Felony arrests

Vehicle Theft — Michael Paul Wilkinson, 49, no known address. Medford police arrested Wilkinson Wednesday on additional felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft, a misdemeanor count of unlawfully entering a vehicle and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior third-degree theft charge. Jackson County Circuit Court additionally charged Wilkinson Wednesday with violating his probation on a previous first-degree theft, second-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle convictions. Medford police originally arrested Wilkinson Tuesday with violating his probation on a previous first-degree theft charge. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Ashley Nicole Bolen, 31, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Bolen Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree trespassing charge. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Aaron James Chase, 34, of the 3600 block of California Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Chase Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior heroin-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Burglary — Maksim Pavlovich Milkin, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Milkin Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Gilbert Anthony Luna, 50, no known address. Ashland police arrested Luna Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.

Burglary — Henry Maldonado, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Maldonado Wednesday on two felony counts of second-degree burglary, two misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. Jackson County Circuit Court later charged Maldonado with violating his probation on a prior hit-and-run conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — James Earl Sutherland Jr., 46, of the 7800 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. On Wednesday, Sutherland made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Murder — Enrique Solis-Garcia, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Solis-Garcia on a felony warrant for murder. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 3600 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle window at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $400.

Theft — 1500 block of Saratoga Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:54 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, a men's Columbia jacket, registration and insurance paperwork and a pay stub. The loss was valued at $150.

Theft — 200 block of King Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a motor vehicle at 11:14 a.m. Wednesday. Music CDs valued at $175 were reported stolen.

Tires — 1600 block of Sky Park Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday. Two of the vehicle's tires were punctured, and the damage was valued at $160.
