Felony arrests

Drugs — Harley David Fredericks, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Fredericks Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of third-degree robbery and contempt. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday on $30,000 bail.

Drugs — Ian Michael Rowbottom, 23, of the 400 block of Oak Grove Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Rowbottom Wednesday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous heroin and meth-possession charges. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $37,500 bail.

Elude — Israel Fonceca, 37, of the first block of Cherry Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Fonceca Thursday on a felony count of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Sex-Offender Registration — John Daniel Maham, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Maham Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail.

Burglary — Thomas Alan Kincaid, 27, of Williams. On Thursday, Kincaid made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, and on misdemeanor charges of third-degree escape, interfering with a police officer and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Identity Theft — Clairemarie Anna Stoll, 22, of Roseburg. On Thursday, Stoll made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of identity theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Luis Manuel Rivera Jr., 31, of the 2500 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Rivera Thursday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor count of possessing methamphetamine, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, possessing heroin, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $37,500 bail.

Identity Theft — Erika Eldeen Wingfield, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Wingfield Thursday on felony charges of identity theft and heroin possession, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $35,000 bail.

Theft of Service — Michael Eugene Gebhart, 50, of the 6400 block of Downing Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Gebhart on a felony warrant charging him with theft of service. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $7,500 bail.
