Felony arrests

Supplying Contraband — Adam Lee Bilyeu, 29, of the 6900 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bilyeu Friday on additional felony charges of supplying contraband and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and Jackson County Circuit Court charged Bilyeu Friday with an additional misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies originally arrested Bilyeu Thursday on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a contempt charge and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Tasha Lyn Swanson, 30, of the 600 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Swanson Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of possessing heroin and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Assault — Tyler Benjamin Vega, 25, of the 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Vega Friday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation and coercion, and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $25,000 bail.

Supplying Contraband — Elicia Renee Nephew Traynor, 33, of Yreka, California. Medford police arrested Traynor Friday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing heroin, and on two misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Erica Michelle Martinez, 25, of Yreka, California. Medford police arrested Martinez Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, misdemeanor charges of possessing methamphetamine, second-degree possessing a forged instrument and two counts of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Kenneth Alan Parker II, 41, of the 1100 block of Seventh Avenue, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Parker Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of possessing heroin, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, identity theft, meth-possession and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $44,000 bail.

Sex-Offender Registration — Anthony Jordan Lewis, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Lewis Saturday on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday, and for violating his parole on prior third-degree rape and failure to register as a sex offender convictions. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Drugs — Jesse George Taylor, 33, of the 600 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Taylor Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.

Assault — Pedro Sabino-Fletes, 23, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Sabino-Fletes Saturday on felony charges of second-degree assault and coercion, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and menacing. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $122,500 bail.

Drugs — Trever Gordon Nugent, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Nugent Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $10,000 bail.

Assault — Rebecca Ann Wacklor, 47, no known address. Central Point police arrested Wacklor Saturday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $10,000 bail.

Theft — Kenneth John Ulvila, 46, no known address. Medford police arrested Ulvila Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.
