Felony arrests

Drugs — Thomas Lee Best, 37, of the 500 block of Wren Ridge Drive, Eagle Point. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Best Tuesday on felony charges of delivering, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine and first-degree theft. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail.

Drugs — Eric James Blanchard, 31, of the 3300 block of Randall Avenue, Central Point. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Blanchard Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm and first-degree theft, on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear on prior meth-possession charges and for violating his parole on a previous third-degree assault conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Timothy France, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested France Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Drugs — Anthony Frederick Hendricksen, 25, of the 1300 block of South Pacific Highway, Talent. On Wednesday, Hendricksen made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Thomas Nathan Troychak, 32, of the 1500 block of Naples Drive, Central Point. On Wednesday, Troychak made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance.

Sex Offender Registration — Ryan Alexander Entorf, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Entorf Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to register his address as a sex offender and for violating his probation on a prior attempted first-degree sexual abuse conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

Drugs — Whitney Mardell Lynn Smith, 31, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Smith Wednesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and unlawfully importing or exporting marijuana. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

Burglary — Stephanie Lyn Parken, 42, no known address. Ashland police arrested Parken Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail.
