Felony arrests

Drugs — Kevin Tyler Lowry, 26, of the 100 block of Highland Drive, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Lowry Friday on additional felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin and possessing methamphetamine. MADGE originally arrested Lowry Oct. 25 on felony charges of possessing and delivering heroin, delivering heroin within, 1,000 feet of a school, and on misdemeanor out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing heroin, possessing meth and driving while suspended. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Identity Theft — Travis James Christy, 33, of the 2200 block of Gene Cameron Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Christy Friday on an additional felony identity theft charge, and on additional misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery and attempted second-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Christy Thursday on felony charges of possessing and delivering heroin and identity theft.  He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail.

Assault — Alex Nicole Emery, 19, of the 3000 block of Cummings Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Emery Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and on misdemeanor counts of harassment. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Tyler Cooke Villalores, 20, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Villalores Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, manufacturing marijuana and possessing a Schedule I controlled substance, and on misdemeanor counts of violating a restraining order, possessing greater than four ounces of marijuana and delivering less than an ounce of marijuana. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $55,000 bail.

Robbery — Zachary Wayne Baldwin, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Baldwin Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree robbery, misdemeanor charges of menacing, second-degree theft, possessing methamphetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Elude — Robert Phillip Tallman, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Tallman Friday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, possessing methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a destructive device, misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police on foot, reckless driving, hit-and-run, driving while suspended, interfering with police and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Sodomy — Kevin James Sanderson, 41, no known address. Oregon State Police arrested Sanderson Friday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse, and a misdemeanor warrant charging him with fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Friday on $500,000 bail.

Elude — Casey Andrew Mock, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Mock Friday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and driving while suspended or revoked, and on misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police on foot and possessing methamphetamine.  He was lodged in jail Friday on $27,500 bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 3900 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took  report of theft at 9:15 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included 12 propane tanks and two recreational vehicle batteries. The loss was valued at $980.

Theft — 200 block of Rossanley Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen matte black mountain bike with carbon fiber frame at 6:10 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $3,000.

Theft — Tripp Street and East 10th Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen black bike with large wheels. The loss was valued at $400.
