Felony arrests

Robbery — Jason Allen Jule, 39, of Anaheim, California. Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Jule Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree robbery and coercion, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $120,000 bail.

Contraband — Wendy Lee Rose, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Rose Tuesday on a felony charge of supplying contraband and on misdemeanor charges of possessing heroin, tampering with evidence and third-degree theft, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous third-degree theft charge and on an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous methamphetamine-possession charge. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $42,500 bail.

Sex-Offender Registration — Kyler Franklin Dennison, 19, of the 3700 block of Calhoun Road, Medford. On Tuesday, Dennison made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Theft — Lissa Ann Long, 38, of the 400 block of Southeast Cadet Court, Grants Pass. On Tuesday, Long made a court appearance on five felony counts of first-degree theft and two misdemeanor counts of negotiating a bad check. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Drugs — Tahra Amber Haner, 31, no known address. Medford police Haner Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth-possession charge. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.

Theft — Carolyn Star VanBruggen, 41, of the 100 block of Bush Street, Central Point. On Tuesday, VanBruggen made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Destructive Device — Justin William Keaton, 45, no known address. Medford police arrested Keaton Tuesday on a felony charges of manufacturing and possessing a destructive device, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Robbery — Kristopher Alan Baldwin, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Baldwin Tuesday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, two misdemeanor counts of third-degree theft and for violating his parole on a prior weapons conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Identity Theft — Tanya Marie Bearden, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Bearden Tuesday on two felony counts of identity theft and for violating her parole on a prior identity theft conviction. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Tasha Marie Looper, 34, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Looper Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing oxycodone. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $17,500 bail.

Drugs — James Alan Giles, 53, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Giles Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his probation on a prior meth-delivery conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Crime reports

Theft — 1500 block of Hollyhock Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:17 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included an Apple MacBook Pro laptop with charger and a six-inch KA-BAR knife. The loss was valued at $860.

Theft — 1100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen gray and blue Trek bike at 8:25 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $800.

Vandalism — 1200 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a videodisc vending machine at 11:12 a.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $500.

Theft — 3100 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 12:25 p.m. Monday. A black vacuum pressure pump was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,800.

Burglary — 100 block of Tripp Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 4:22 p.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included an Asus laptop, HP laptop, HP tablet computer, Sony PlayStation 4 game console, two Pelican hard cases containing several pocket knives, three watches, a Spyderco Rubicon scope and a Trijicon scope. The loss was valued at $7,894.

Burglary — 1100 block of Progress Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included Camel, Marlboro and American Spirit cigarettes and $70 worth of Bic lighters. The loss was valued at $606.

Theft — First Block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 7:29 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included 10 Music CDs, two traveler safety bags, a credit card and miscellaneous paperwork. The loss and damage to the vehicle's windshield and rear-view mirror was valued at $517.

Theft — 1100 block of Peachwood Court, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 10:13 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a 10.5-inch iPad Pro and a woman's black down The North Face jacket. The loss was valued at $1,177.

Vandalism — 400 block of South Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 10:34 a.m. Tuesday. A vehicle's fuel tank was reported punctured and drained. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $700.
