Felony arrests

Drugs — Matthew Grant James, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested James Tuesday on additional felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, delivering and possessing cocaine and delivering and possessing marijuana, and on misdemeanor counts of delivering and possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies originally arrested James Friday on felony counts of possessing heron and cocaine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on oxycodone and meth-possession charges, as well as for violating his probation on a prior heroin-possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail.

Burglary — Jennifer Marie Wooldridge, 34, of the 400 block of Lani Way, Talent. Talent police arrested Wooldridge Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing and on warrants for failing to appear in court on prior meth- and marijuana-possession charges. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $42,500 bail.

Burglary — Brandi Nicole Odessa Neims, 31, of the 800 block of South Pacific Highway, Talent. Talent police arrested Neims Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor counts of first-degree trespassing and carrying a concealed dangerous weapon. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.

Burglary — Daniel george Hunt, 33, of the 400 block of Lani Way, Talent. Talent police arrested Hunt Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, and on misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, violating a restraining order and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $125,000 bail.

Vehicle Theft — Brandon Salvador Munoz, 20, of the 4000 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Munoz Tuesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft, misdemeanor counts of second-degree criminal mischief and carrying a concealed dangerous weapon. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail.

Drugs — Gary Dean Myers Jr., 27, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Myers Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on an out-of-county warrant for violating his probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Drugs — Christopher Michael Owens, 38, of the 2000 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. On Tuesday, Owens made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony count of possessing heroin and a misdemeanor count of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Jason James Luthi, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Luthi Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and on a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.

Burglary — Megan Justina Bobb, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bobb Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $12,500 bail.

Theft — Michael Dale Webb, 48, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Webb Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of attempted first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on prior meth-possession charges. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $27,500 bail.

Drugs — Martin Walker Veach, 35, of the 400 block of South Fir Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Veach made his initial court appearance on a felony meth-possession charge and two misdemeanor heroin-possession charges. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Elude — Bretton Blake Howard, 24, of the 1100 block of Boulder Ridge Street, Central Point. Phoenix police arrested Howard Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail.

Burglary — Ira Dean Carney, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Carney Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of possessing meth and on warrants for failing to appear in court on prior charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree forgery, possessing meth, first-degree possessing a forged instrument, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, carrying a concealed weapon and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $67,500 bail.

Burglary — Mistie Lee Vespoli, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Vespoli Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft.

Theft — Christopher Aaron Kniffen, 30, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Kniffen Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with second-degree theft and misdemeanor warrants charging him with second-degree trespassing and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $20,000 bail.
