Felony arrests

Theft — Jason James Luthi, 37, of the first block of Dunlap Road, Jacksonville. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Wednesday arrested Luthi on an additional felony count of first-degree theft. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies originally arrested Luthi Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Thursday.

Theft — Jennifer Rene Wilkes, 30, of the 200 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Talent. Medford police arrested Wilkes Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree theft, possessing methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft and unlawfully entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on prior charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on prior meth-possession and third-degree theft charges. She remained lodged in jail Thursday on $77,500 bail.

Attempted Murder — Santiago Flores-Loveland, 20, of the 900 block of Murray Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Flores-Loveland Tuesday on two felony counts of attempted murder, four felony counts of attempted first-degree assault, six felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon, five misdemeanor counts of reckless endangering and for violating his parole on a prior riot conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.

Drugs — Christina Lynn Kelton, 35, of the 7900 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. On Wednesday, Kelton made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony count of possessing hydrocodone. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Theft — Juan R. Hernandez, 24, of the 1100 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hernandez Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor contempt of court charge. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Steven Allen Pearson, 51, of the 3100 block of Avenue A, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Pearson Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of harassment, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree disorderly conduct and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior charge of resisting arrest. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Jose Alejandro Rodriguez, 23, of the 400 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Rodriguez Thursday on two felony counts of first-degree burglary, on misdemeanor charges of harassment, first-degree trespassing, interfering with someone making a report, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior fourth-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail.

Crime report

Theft — 800 block of Enterprise Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 7:19 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included an Allegro three-man breathing apparatus, fusion welding gun, Husky blower, hand welder, DeWalt grinder and Craftsman socket sets. the loss was valued at $8,810.

Theft — 900 block of Chevy Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft and vandalism at 9:10 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a Centennial deep cycle marine battery and tongue jack, and chain link fence was reported damaged. The loss and damage was valued at $1,500.

Theft — 400 block of West Eighth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 9:14 a.m. Monday. A Vizio 4K TV was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,800.

Theft — 2600 block of Montego Place, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included sunglasses, three music CDs and sets of keys to an individual's vehicle, house and work. The loss was valued at $430.

Theft — 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:14 a.m. Items reported stolen included a black bi-fold wallet containing an Oregon Trail card and Arizona driver's license. The loss was valued at $235.

Theft — 300 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 10:24 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included two sets of tires including a set of mud tires on stock Chevrolet wheels. The loss was valued at $1,100.

Theft — 300 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday. A bicycle and nine vehicle tires were reported stolen, and a fence pole was reported damaged. The loss and damage were valued at $600.

Theft — 700 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 11:02 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a blue Specialized Stumpjumper mountain bike, an acoustic guitar, a 10-foot by 10-foot pop-up tent and a backpack. Damage to a vehicle door lock and bike lock.

Theft — 300 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen jewelry at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included ten 10-karat gold rings, eight 10-karat tie clasps, three 10-karat gold and silver rings and a 14-karat gold amethyst ring. The loss was valued at $2,512.

Theft — 3800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 12:11 p.m. Wedneseday. Various hand tools were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $900.

Theft —2300 block of Silver Palm Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a red and black bowling bag, Berkley Powerbait fishing rod and a Lewis fishing reel. The loss was valued at $250.
