Do you have any more information on Lea Kathryn Jones' case? Until early November she worked with me. Has she been locked up?

Jones, who admitted over the summer to a felony child pornography count, isn't listed as an inmate incarcerated with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Court records show that Jones will be sentenced in February.

Previously set for December, a district court judge approved a request made by Jones' defense lawyer to postpone sentencing to Feb. 22 at U.S. District Court in Medford, according to a filing made Monday in the case.

Prior to Monday's filing, the most recent development was a Sept. 28 document formally seizing Jones' Samsung Galaxy Note 4 smartphone used in the crime.

Jones pleaded guilty July 11 to a felony count of transporting child pornography, admitting she contacted an undercover FBI agent via a messaging app attempting to trade "tot pics," according to court documents filed in the case.

After sending naked photographs of her child in July 2015, Jones used explicit terms to seek photos of the undercover officer's fictional daughter.

Sentencing briefs filed earlier this summer show that her defense lawyer seeks a sentence of 10 years in prison, and federal prosecutors seek 15 years.
