Veteran financial advisor Ian Bachtel has joined the SkyOak Financial's Medford office. Bachtel was previously institutional relations director with Cutler Investment Group, and before that, he was a regional wholesaler for Leader Capital Corp., a financial advisor for Macleod Capital Management, and a financial advisor for Ameriprise Financial Services. Bachtel earned his bachelor's in business administration from Washington State University. He serves on the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce board and is a member of the Rogue Community College Budget Advisory Committee.

D.A. Davidson & Co. has named two financial advisors from the company’s Medford office to the Chairman’s Council. Rick Hutchins and Bob Hutchins, both senior vice presidents and co-branch managers, were recognized for their client service.

Interior Office Concepts has named Paul Shoenberger vice president, and Margaret Patterson project manager. Shoenberger started with the company in 2009. He led IOC’s service team for five years before being promoted to director. Patterson has more than 20 years of experience working in the Southern Oregon health care industry. She is a graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology.

InfoStructure has made three key hires: Sherman Hunter II, chief executive officer; Jeff Works, chief financial officer; and Channing Smith, senior director of voice services. Hunter was previously a branch manager with The Creative Group and managing director for American Cybersystems in the Seattle area. Before that, that he owned Befitbody, a wellness company in Tualatin, for six years. Works began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co., and later was chief financial officer for tech firms. He earned a bachelor's and MBA degrees at the University of California-Berkeley. Smith has 35 years of telecom engineering and operations experience, including stints with Time Warner Communications and GST Communications.

Tera LePari and Matt Ruby have joined KDP Certified Public Accountants LLP. LePari is a senior associate with the CFO Services team. She earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Southern Oregon University. LePari is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ruby joins the KDP Audit Team. He earned a bachelor's in economics from Sonoma State University in 2008. He spent several years working in outdoor programs aimed at helping troubled teens before obtaining an advanced degree in accounting from the University of California-San Diego.
