Felony arrests

Elude — Michael Bo Williams, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Williams Thursday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, possessing methamphetamine, possessing a stolen vehicle and possessing a firearm silencer, misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering and reckless driving, on an out-of-county warrant for possessing methamphetamine and on an out-of-county warrant for violating his parole on a prior unauthorized use of a vehicle conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail.

Animal Abuse — Jordan Alexander Vogel, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Vogel Thursday on felony charges of aggravated first-degree animal abuse and coercion, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court with an additional felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Forgery — Nicole Leann Walker, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Walker Thursday on felony charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree theft and first-degree possessing a forged instrument, misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery, second-degree possessing a forged instrument, third-degree theft and providing false information to police, misdemeanor warrants on previous charges of second-degree trespassing and providing false information to police and on warrants for violating her probation on prior first-degree theft and methamphetamine-possession conviction. She remained lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Tahra Amber Haner, 32, of the 700 block of Plum Street, Medford. Talent police arrested Haner Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on five prior charges of possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Drugs — Earl John Wilson Jr., 37, of the 2100 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Wilson Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and for violating his parole on a prior heroin-possession conviction.  He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Drugs — Aaron James Chase, 35, of the 3600 block of Calhoun Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Chase Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Assault — Jesus Alonso Castellanos Jr., 28, of the 1000 block of Arroyo Drive, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Castellanos Friday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault witnessed by a minor, first-degree theft and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail Friday on $32,500 bail.

Drugs — Aaron James Seat, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Seat Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous oxycodone-possession charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.

Strangulation — Joseph Francisco Teran, 37, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Teran Friday on felony charges of domestic violence strangulation and fourth-degree assault witnessed by a minor, and Medford police arrested Teran Friday on a contempt of court charge. He was lodged in jail Friday on $17,000 bail.

Criminal Mischief — Matthew Robert Dusek, 39, no known address. Ashland police arrested Dusek Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor counts of second-degree intimidation and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail.
