Felony arrests

Elude — Ronald James O’Connell, 72, of the 2700 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested O’Connell Monday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $22,500 bail.

Sex Offender — Craig Lee Marx, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Marx Monday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Juan Manuel Salazar, 29, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Salazar Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and for violating his parole on a prior meth-delivery conviction. He remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Robbery — Drescena Echo Boe, 33, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Boe Monday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Drugs — Jessica Lynn Camacho, 33, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Camacho Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding.

Identity Theft — Donald Allan Haley, 38, of the 2000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. On Tuesday, Haley made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of identity theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Assault — Tiara Sue Schroeder, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Schroeder Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.

Theft — Michael Orin Marble, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Marble Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and on out-of-county warrants charging him with failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a restricted weapon conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail.

Theft — Allen Eugene Radley, 42, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Radley made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Brandon Allen Crum, 24, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Crum Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, possessing burglary tools and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $135,000 bail.

Robbery — Philip Adrian Semper, 32, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Semper Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree robbery, second-degree assault, possessing heroin, first-degree burglary, hit-and-run to an injured person, first-degree criminal mischief, possessing burglary tools and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $252,500 bail.

Crime reports

Vandalism — 2400 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle’s four tires at 7:06 a.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $940.

Theft — 4600 block of Hillcrest Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a gun reported stolen from a vehicle at 10:06 a.m. Monday. The black Hi-Point 9mm handgun was valued at $200.

Theft — 800 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 11:01 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a green Sakai plate compactor. The loss and damage to a chain link fence was valued at $650.

Theft — 200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a chrome-color phone stolen from a building 7:46 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $900.

Theft — 500 block of Matt Loop, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen tools at 8:52 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a Stihl quick saw, a Nikon tripod level and a Stinger concrete vibrator. The loss was valued at $2,900.

Theft — 1600 block of Meadowbrook Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen jewelry box at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday. Items inside the box included earrings with diamonds, pearls and tanzanite. The loss was valued at $3,500.

Theft — 4000 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a shoplifted HP laptop at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $225.
