January 30, 2001 - April 13, 2017

Kaleb Alan Kane, 16, of Medford, Oregon passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017 at his home.

Kaleb was born January 30, 2001 in Eugene, Oregon to Kristopher Lamont Kane and Melissa Ann Marsh. He attended Fairfield Elementary School in Eugene. After moving to Medford in 2008, he attended Jefferson Elementary School and McLoughlin Middle School and was currently in 10th grade at Central Medford High School.

Kaleb was smart, articulate, and intelligent. He was interested in computer work and coding, fixing his friends' computers, Minecraft, and Xbox games. He wanted to be a glass blower and live off-grid in the woods. His favorite quote is “Stay Trippy Young Hippie. Stay positive. Stay Happy. Good vibes only.”

Survivors include his mother, Melissa Marsh of Medford; stepfather, John Campbell of Medford; two brothers, Kolton Kane of Medford and Tristyn Campbell of Keizer, Oregon; Nana Michelle Watson of Choctaw, Oklahoma; Grandpa Bruce Bockstiegel of Cave Junction; grandfather, Dale Kane of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; aunts and uncles; his girlfriend, Tsunami; and his dog, Jack. Kaleb was preceded in death by his father in 2008.

A celebration of life will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors, 612 NW A Street, Grants Pass Ore.
