Elizabeth “Betty” Eileen Moser, 87, passed away October 30, 2017 in Medford, Oregon. She was born January 8, 1930 in San Diego, California to Paul and Mary Jones. She married Donald Moser in San Diego July 8, 1948, and they later moved to Central Point, Ore.
Don and Betty had four sons, and Betty was a devoted housewife and mother. Later in life Betty began working at Harry & David where she was a basket weaver. Upon retiring, Betty was a foster grandma and volunteer in the SMART reading program at Jewett Elementary.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Don; her brothers, Charles and Donald Jones; her son, Tom Moser; and her great-granddaughters, Madalyn and Dejah. Betty is survived by her brother, Jim Jones; her sons, Tim (Patty), Rick (Rosemary), and Craig Moser; her grandchildren, Becki, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Mickenzie, Chad, Erin, and Jordan; and eight great-grandchildren.
Betty will be laid to rest at Eagle Point National Cemetery November 9, 2017 at 2 p.m. A celebration of Betty’s life will be held at Rogue Regency Inn November 9, 2017 at 6 p.m. for friends and family who wish to attend. Arrangements by Conger-Morris Funeral Directors in Central Point.
