The Chico Nuts swept the Medford Mustangs, 11-1 in five innings and 8-6, during nonleague action at Harry & David Field on Sunday.

The Mustangs, who wrap up the regular season with an Area 4 doubleheader at Klamath Falls on Tuesday, were coming off back-to-back road doubleheaders.

In Game 1, Dylan Marsh went 2-for-2 with a run scored for Medford (29-10-1).

In the second contest, Jacob Melton finished 2-for-4 with two doubles and Nick Sanderson 2-for-4 with an RBI and run.
