division winners crowned at speedway

Jason Bremerman, Chadd Noland, Mike Wheeler, George Kress and Michael Goodson each finished their respective seasons on top in the Outlaw Karts competition at Southern Oregon Speedway.

Bremerman earned the points championship in the Karts Unlimited Novice division, with E.J. Ross finishing second.

Noland topped the points standings in the Bio-Mass One Boxstock, with R.J. McGahuey finishing second.

Wheeler finished ahead of Jessica Goodson in the Adroit Construction 125s points standings, with Kress edging Rachel Shubin in the Medford Plating 250s points standings.

Michael Goodson earned the points championship in the Medford Fabrication 500s, with Brandon Farquhar finishing second.

MEDFORD PLATING 250s -- 1, George Kress; 2, Rachel Shubin; 3, Justin Estremado.

MEDFORD FABRICATION 500s -- 1, Michael Goodson; 2, Brandon Farquhar; 3, Kelly Holden.

Club won't meet next week due to bye

Because Oregon's football team has a bye on Saturday, the Southern Oregon Duck Club will not hold a meeting next week.

The next meeting is scheduled for noon on Oct. 4 at J.J. North's Grand Buffet.
