Estramado earns sixth racing win

WHITE CITY -- John Silva of Fremont, Calif., picked up the checkered flag in Saturday's Western All-Star Late Model feature at the Southern Oregon Speedway.

Silva raced past Bend's Darren Coffell in turn four of the final lap to claim first place by less than a foot.

Rich Pappenhausen, who won both of his heat races and the trophy dash earlier in the night, left the race in the 11th lap as the undercarriage of his car went up in flames. Pappenhausen was not injured.
