ROSEBURG 6, PENDLETON 5 ' Mike Myhre singled home the winning run with two outs to give Roseburg Doc Stewarts a victory over Pendleton Hodgen Distributing.
Mike Myhre and Nick Waechter each had two hits for Roseburg, which plays Klamath Falls today at 4 p.m., while Pendleton takes on Franklin Bashor at 9:30 a.m.
John Groty led Pendleton at the plate with a 5-for-5 performance, while teammates Kyle Waterland and Grant Dunham added two hits apiece.

EUGENE 30, DAVID DOUGLAS 2 ' Travis Nance and Scott Nelson led a 27-hit attack as the Eugene Pepsi Challengers cruised past David Douglas Gateway Pro-Am Blue Jays in a game halted after six and a half innings.
Nance hit three home runs and knocked in 11 while going 4-for-5. Nelson, who also picked up the pitching win, had four hits with two home runs and five RBIs.
A.J. Norris added five hits and Austin Brushett scored six times.
The Challengers play Medford at 7:30 pm today at 7:30 p.m. in the winners bracket with David Douglas going at noon against Lakeridge.

KLAMATH FALLS 20, FRANKLIN 6 ' Klamath Falls opened the 2002 Oregon State American Legion baseball tournament with a resounding victory over Franklin Bashors Team Athletics.
The Falcons had 21 hits and were aided by 11 Franklin errors. A seven-run seventh inning broke the game open for Klamath Falls.
Ryan Broadhead and Kyle Blank each had four hits. Cole Wartick and Taler Smith each had three hits for Franklin.
