Soccer
The Crushers, a U-13 Rogue Valley Soccer Club team, has earned the top seed in the semifinals of the Oregon Youth Soccer Association state playoffs.
The Crushers recently defeated Titanium of Tualatin, 3-1; the Alemeda Sparks, 2-0; and, on Sunday, Primo of the Willamette Valley, 2-0.
The Crushers meet last year's state champion, East Side United Chelsea, Saturday in Hillsboro.
Tennis
Kevin Kauffman,
of Medford, won the men's singles in the Spring Championship tournament in San Diego April 7-9. The unseeded Kauffman won three matches to get to the finals, where he defeated No. 2 seed Mike Winters, 3-6, 6-4, 7-5 in the finals.
Kauffman was down 5-2 in the third set before saving two match points to make his comeback.
Cheerleading
The TNT CHEER-senior prep all-star team took second place in the UCA West Coast Championships April 2 at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, Calif.

had a hole-in-one on the par — 17th hole at Stone Ridge Golf Course a super-drive tournament Wednesday.
Bowling
Jerome Lee,
70,
won the 60-over High Roller Senior Classic for the second time in Las Vegas the weekend of April 15.
Robert George, who has a 120 average, rolled a 222 game at Lava Lanes.
