Two males interfered with the personal liberty of a 17-year-old girl by taking her from one place to another without her consent.

A juvenile was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol and being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

A mountain bike was stolen from the Safeway parking lot.

Sunday 5:30 p.m. &

An unknown person poured sugar into the gas tank of a Ford F-150 pick-up truck. It will cost $700 to clean the fuel system of the truck.

A lawn mower was reported stolen from the 400 block of Friendship Street.

A juvenile was cited then released to a parent after being found to be in possession of alcohol as a minor.

A 31-year-old man from Idaho was arrested and jailed for trespassing in the kitchen of the Kat Wok. While in there, he broke a dish and cut his thumb, causing him to bleed on food which resulted in $1,000 in damages.

A 22-year-old Grants Pass woman was arrested for driving while under the influence of intoxicants on Streets First and East Main.

A 29-year-old Ashland man was arrested for scattering rubbish after police officers "watched him relieve himself in the parking lot of the Vinyl Club."

Saturday 12:21 a.m. &

A woman was taken from Oak Street and Lithia Way to the detox center in Medford.

Saturday 6:51 p.m. &

Ashland Fire and Rescue responded to a smoldering fire on Ashland Middle School property near the railroad tracks. The fire was caused by a discarded cigarette.
