Jeremy M. Carlson has been named clinic manager at Progressive Rehabilitation & Work Injury Center in White City.

Carlson graduated from Southern Oregon University with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies in 1998 and earned a master's degree in physical therapy from Idaho State University.

He is pursuing credentials from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy as well as certification as an orthopedic clinical specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of physical therapy diagnoses.

Toni Boguslawski has been named clinic manager at Progressive Rehabilitation in Central Point.

Boguslawski, a native of Green Bay, Wis., earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science with an emphasis on athletic training in 2002 from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisc. She worked with several collegiate and club athletic teams at Lakeland and received the Lakeland College Outstanding Student in Exercise Science and Sports Studies Award for 2001-02. She completed her athletic training certification in 2002. She graduated with a master's in physical therapy in 2004.

Boguslawski attended physical therapy school at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She did several clinical internships, the final one at Medford Sports Injury and Therapy Center, working with Steve Zerkel.

u U.S. Bank has honored private banking vice president Jeresa Hren with its Five Star Volunteer Award for exceptional volunteer service. The Southern Oregon Chinese Cultural Association will receive $500 as a result.

Through her work with the Southern Oregon Chinese Cultural Association, Hren helped start the tradition of staging a Chinese New Year celebration in Jacksonville.
