People's Bank of Commerce has named Amy Bullion manager of its Central Point branch, due to open this spring, at Pine and 10th streets.
Bullion joins the bank with more than 13 years of financial experience, most recently working for Oregon Pacific Bank in Roseburg as its branch operations manager. The Central Point native began her banking career at Jackson County Federal Savings in 1989 as a customer service specialist. In 1994, she worked with Western Bank as a customer information specialist and in 2001 she moved to PremierWest Bank where she held posts in electronic banking, product development and business development.
During construction of the Central Point branch, Bullion will work at People's Bank of Commerce Medford location on Biddle Road.
Garrett Hall is a State Farm agent at 507 S. Front St., Suite 2, in Central Point. Hall comes to Central Point from Laramie, Wyo., where he was a financial services representative for a State Farm agent. Before that, he worked for three years in credit union management, overseeing the teller department. Hall is a graduate of the University of Wyoming.
Karla Jefferson, licensed in life, health, and property and casualty lines of insurance, is office manager. Howard Moore comes to Hall's agency with more than 25 years of experience in financial services. He also is licensed in life, health, and property and casualty insurance.

Cory Dalpra has opened a State Farm agency at 202 Talent Ave. in Talent. Dalpra comes to Talent from State Farm management in Greeley, Colo., where he has spent more than eight years handling fire underwriting and health claims. Before that, he worked for four years in employer relations for the Weld County, Colo., government. He is a University of Northern Colorado graduate.
He is joined by Anna Moeller, who brings four years of property and casualty insurance experience and two years of lending and financial services experience, along with Michelle Dalpra, who has seven years of experience with long-term care and health insurance.

Robert Bartalini, senior loan consultant with Equity Home Mortgage, has been elected president of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Southern Oregon's board.

Kim McNamara has been named executive chef at Avamere at Waterford, a senior living community.
McNamara has worked in the Rogue Valley for more than a decade, acting as executive sous chef for the Rogue Valley County Club for seven years and as chef for the Harry and David Country Village, developing food and wine events. McNamara served as the culinary arts instructor at North Medford High School, and culinary program director of the Culinary Professionals Institute in Grants Pass developing vocational education programs.
She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America located, Hyde Park, N.Y., earning her A.O.S. Culinary degree in 1991. She also earned a bachelor's degree in English at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas, in 1987.

Peterson Machinery Co., has named Bryan Barnes sales manager.
He will oversee the prime product sales force for the organization, reporting to sales general manager Michael Tougher. Barnes worked in the oil fields California and Alaska, where he worked on the pipeline project, before moving into sales. His 15 years of experience in equipment sales covers all Caterpillar machines.
LibertyBank Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert Fenstermacher has been elected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the American Bankers Association.
The election was held at a recent ABA convention in San Diego. The ABA recently merged with another trade association, America's Community Bankers, and now represents more than 95 percent of the industry's $12.7 trillion in assets — making it the nation's largest bank trade association.
