Police and fire reports April 20

Friday 11:08 a.m. — A man reported his truck stolen in the 2400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. The vehicle is a custom painted iridescent blue and purple 1976 Ford F-250 pickup with Oregon license plate WRD 795.

Friday 1:04 p.m. — Unknown suspects cut a section of cyclone-type fencing surrounding the parks department substation at Oak Knoll Golf Course in the 3000 block of Highway 66.

Friday 2:36 p.m. — A possible mall theft was reported in the Ashland area.

Friday 2:59 p.m. — A juvenile was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the first block of North Main Street.

Friday 4:17 p.m. — Police documented a minor collision between a City of Ashland golf cart and a cyclone fence in the area of Clay and Takelma streets.

Friday 11:54 p.m. — Police arrested a 26-year-old man on a warrant out of Hood River, Ore. During a traffic stop in the area of Siskyou Boulevard and Beach Street. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Saturday 1:05 a.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old man on the strength of a Jackson County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft in the first block of North Main Street. He was additionally found to have been inside a bar which violated a condition of his post-prison supervision and his parole officer subsequently issued a retainer for his arrest. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Saturday 1:44 a.m. — Police arrested a 28-year-old man after he was found to have a warrant issued for his arrest in the first block of North Main Street. The warrant was from Jackson County Circuit Court on a post prison violation on a criminal mischief charge. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Saturday 2:28 a.m. — Police arrested a 34-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants during a traffic stop on Bush and North Main streets. He was transported to the police department where he was cited and released.

Saturday 3:24 a.m. — Police assisted the Sheriff's office by conducting a drug evaluation on North Main Street and Fern Valley Road.

Saturday 12:30 p.m. — A camera was reported stolen at Bi-Mart in the 2200 block of Ashland Street. The camera was entered into the Law Enforcement Data System.

Saturday 2:10 p.m. — Two separate cell phones were found and returned to their owners in the Ashland area.

Saturday 2:05 p.m. — Police arrested a 20-year-man for charges stemming from a domestic assault in the 500 block of Clay Street. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Saturday 4:03 p.m. — Police took an adult woman into protective custody after determining that she was a danger to herself in the 400 block of Taylor Street. She was transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center to receive care.

Saturday 5:51 p.m. — Police took a person into protective custody in the 800 block of Clay Street.

Sunday 12:55 a.m. — Police cited and released a 19-year-old man after he was found in the Greensprings dorm after Southern Oregon University Campus Public Safety warned him of trespassing in the 400 block of Wightman Street.

Sunday 2:40 a.m. — Police arrested a 28-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants during a traffic stop in the first block of East Main Street. He was cited and released.

Sunday 5:06 a.m. — Police arrested a 32-year-old man for criminal mischief in the 800 block of Faith Street. He was lodged a Jackson County Jail.

Sunday 1:56 p.m. — Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 2200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard and arrested a 23-year-old man.

Sunday 7:36 p.m. — Police cited and released a 19-year-old man for trespassing at the Southern Oregon University Cascade dormitory complex in the 1400 block of Oregon Street. He was cited and released.

Monday 12:23 a.m. — Police arrested a 38-year-old man for prohibited camping and scattering rubbish in the 100 block of East Main Street.

Friday 12:47 p.m. — AFR responded to an emergency medical services call in the 100 block of Emigrant Lake Road.

Friday 2:35 p.m. — AFR responded to an emergency medical services call in the 1000 block of Beswick Way.

Friday 9:33 p.m. — AFR performed a rescue during an emergency medical services incident in the 500 block of North Main Street.

Saturday 4:04 a.m. — AFR responded to a good intent call in the 900 block of Golden Aspen Place.

Saturday 4:09 a.m. — AFR responded to an emergency medical services call in the first block of Mallard Street.
