An early morning Medford shooting remains under investigation.

No injuries resulted from shots fired at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at a residence in the 900 block of Broad St., said Medford police Lt. Mike Budreau. The attempted assault arose from an ongoing dispute between two brothers, said Budreau.

Arrests had not been made Wednesday afternoon, and names of the suspect and victim were not released.
