University of Oregon architecture students participating in the Sustainable City Year Program will present potential designs for Medford's new fire station this week.
Professors Virginia Cartwright and Jim Givens and students will present the designs from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at the Medford Carnegie Library, 413 W. Main St. The event is open to the public.
(Correction: The day and date of the presentation has been updated in this story.)
The public, city staff, and Medford Fire-Rescue staff will offer input on the designs.
Medford fire officials have said they plan to share details of the student designs with the architectural firm the city hires to complete architectural engineering plans for new and updated stations.
