MARKET DAY: The Medford Growers Market is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursdays at the Medford Armory, 1701 S. Pacific Highway. You'll find fresh flowers, fruits, vegetables, live plants, baked goods, crafts and gourmet foods.


CRATER RENAISSANCE ACADEMY will open its production of "Macbeth" at 7 p.m. Thursday at 655 N. Third St., Central Point. The play will continue at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 6-7, and 2 p.m. Saturday, June 7. Admission costs $5. Call 541-494-6300.


PEARL DJANGO: The Seattle quintet will play at 7 p.m. at Paschal Winery, 1122 Suncrest Road, Talent. The band members are fervent fans of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli, and their original music appeals to jazz buffs, lovers of string music and new swing. Tickets cost $25. LE CIRQUE CENTRE will present "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Circus" at 7 p.m. Friday and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, June 7 at the Historic Ashland Armory, 208 Oak St., Ashland. DANCING PEOPLE COMPANY will host its Salon Series, performances of new dances created by artistic director Robin Stiehm, at 8 p.m. Friday through Monday, June 6-9, and 3 p.m. Sunday, June 8, at the company's 310 Studio, 310 Oak St., Ashland. The dances are performed by Veronica DeWitt, Brianna Rae Johnson and Elizabeth Voiles, along with Ian Luepker and Rob Head. Look for "Love and Navigation," "Slippery" and "Numbers Game."
