Canned Food Drive: The Ashland High School Booster Club will hold a community canned food drive from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, at Ashland high school in front of the gym on Morse Street. The club will gather non-perishable food items, and for each two items participants will receive a raffle ticket. Halloween at the Armory: The second annual Spookadelic Halloween Funktacular will start at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, at the Historic Ashland Armory, 208 Oak St. The event will include performances by Afrolicious, uPhonic SoundSystem and DJ El Papachango.
