Knight, Fettinger win at speedway
WHITE CITY — Dustin Knight won the 25-lap late model main event Saturday night at Southern Oregon Speedway.
Zach Fettinger claimed his first 25-lap IMCA Modified main, Rich McCoy won his second 20-lap IMCA Sport Modified main and Brock Peters picked up his fourth 20-lap SODCA dwarf car main win.
Point leader Scott Lenz had a flag-to-flag romp for his third 20-lap pro stock main triumph and Jason Stoutenburgh won his second straight 20-lap hornets main.
After the heat races, the track inducted Don Harper, Don Hood, Peggy Henry, Jerry McGrew, Bert Beck, Ben Neel and Harold Hardesty into the Southern Oregon Racing Hall of Fame.

KARTS: At White City, Keaton Augustine snapped the three-race win streak of Trevor Grimes to win the 20-lap box stock main event Friday night at the Southern Oregon Speedway Outlaw Kart track.
Malachi Johnson set a rapid pace in winning his second beginners box stock main. Reigning champion Johnny Burke and point leader Tanner Holmes dueled fiercely for 25 laps before Burke won the 25-lap 500 open main. Carley Holmes went flag to flat to win her third 20-lap 250 kart main.
The UAS Speedway Karts made their first appearance at the speedway, and Kenny Boardmen won a good battle with Larry Fuller for the victory. Steve Rambo won a heat race and the 20-lap 4 cycle speedway kart main.
