Grange Co-op members elect four new directors

The Grange Cooperation Supply Association has elected four new directors.

Alan Wall, Eugene Stanley and David Wolff were elected to three-year terms on Grange Co-op's nine-member board, while Bob Straube was elected to a one-year term. Allan Pingle retired from the board after 12 years of service.

The election was held April 28 at the co-op's 65th annual meeting. The meeting, attended by more than 95 member-owners, also detailed the co-op's 1998 operations. Total assets at the end of 1998 were $11.3 million, down slightly from the $11.4 million at the end of 1997. Net income for 1998 was $874,000 with sales of $22.9 million.
