`Star Wars' goes to work

WASHINGTON -- Star Wars mania has infiltrated the workplace.
Well, at least at Edelman Financial Services Inc. of suburban Fairfax, Va., where Chairman Ric Edelman has been holding a `Star Wars' education program for his 90 employees.
He held office showings of Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi after learning -- to his great dismay -- that many of his workers hadn't seen any part of the trilogy.
During the final screening, staffers of the financial-planning firm showed up dressed like the characters Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader and C3P0. One of several Princess Leias got really creative and attached sticky buns to her head in place of the princess' famed coiled tresses.
This week, Edelman plans to take the entire staff to Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, opening Wednesday.
