Diane C. Paulson recently obtained her real estate license and has joined the sales staff at Century 21 Main Street Realty in Ashland.
She has a master's degree in education and is a former member of the Commission on Children and Families of Jackson County.
In addition to being a real estate sales associate, she works as a contract mediator with the U.S. Postal Service and Jackson County District Court's appropriate dispute resolution program.
She continues to serve the schools and the community as a member of the Building a Resilient Community committee in Ashland.
LTM Incorporated, a general contractor and construction materials company, announces two promotions and the hiring of a small-jobs estimator.
Former small-jobs estimator Greg Bastian has been promoted to paving superintendent. He will oversee paving operations, as well as follow up on finished projects and meet with clients on future projects.
He has been with the company since 1996 and is a graduate of OIT's civil engineering technology program.
Tom Gruszczenski has been hired to fill the estimator position vacated by Bastian.
He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and is a registered professional engineer. He will work with the contracting department providing bids for residential and small commercial projects.
He has previous experience in bid and proposals at EMCON Northwest.
Curt Crichton has been promoted to safety manager/plant and facilities coordinator. He will supervise safety service needs, governmental compliance requirements and interdepartmental communication.
He also will manage the maintenance, security and repair of the administrative plants and grounds.
Crichton has been with LTM for 16 years working as a paving foreman and a paving machine operator.
