Red Robin to open in Medford on Monday
Construction is complete and Medford's Red Robin is scheduled to open Monday.
The burger chain will opens its Medford Center location on the corner of Biddle Road and Jackson Street at 11 a.m.
The 7,200-square-foot restaurant seats more than 300, including about 60 on a patio. Red Robin, based in Colorado, has 143 restaurants in 16 states and two Canadian provinces.

Boise Corp. enters joint venture in Brazil
BOISE, Idaho -- Boise Cascade Corp. will establish a 50-50 joint venture with a Brazilian company to produce and market pine lumber, Boise announced Tuesday.
The Brazilian company, Industrias Klabin de Papel e Celulose S.A. (known as Klabin), and Boise will form Klabin Boise Madeiras and export 85 percent of its output, mostly to the United States. The two companies will build a $90 million sawmill in southern Brazil that will produce 85 million board feet a year and employ 400 people.
Klabin is the largest integrated producer of pulp, paper and paper products in Latin America with annual sales of $1.3 billion in U.S. dollars.
