Ski Ashland has hired two new management employees.

Ty Hisatomi

has been appointed development director. He previously worked as associate director at Rogue Valley Family YMCA and was executive director of YMCAs in Klamath Falls and Prescott, Ariz. He grew up in Cupertino, Calif., and went to college at University of California at Santa Barbara and Southern Oregon University.

Rick Saul

has been hired as snowsport services manager and will oversee operations of the ski school and rental shop. He has worked as assistant ski school director at Mount Bachelor and was marketing director at Hoodoo Ski Area. He has 23 years experience in the ski industry.

Leo Hull

has been hired as business lending officer for Wells Fargo's business banking group. He is based in Medford but will serve businesses throughout the Rogue Valley.

Hull has 11 years experience in the financial service industry and in small business. His former employers include First Interstate Bank and U.S. Bank.

He also owned and managed an Ashland restaurant for seven years and graduated Southern Oregon University with a degree in business administration.

Bryan Coppedge

is the new owner of TCBY Treats in the Medford Center.

Coppedge, a University of Oregon graduate who worked in advertising for 10 years, bought the frozen yogurt and ice cream franchise outlet in May. It is managed by Audra Durkee.

Jeanette Dickson

has been hired as business manager for Message Connection Inc., which sells voice messaging and paging services.

Dickson grew up in Grants Pass and is the founder and former co-owner of Mrs. Britt's Oregon Kitchen. She was also co-director of the Grants Pass Town Center Association. She earned a business degree from Northwest Christian College.

Dr. Darla Jochum

has joined Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital as a veterinarian.

Jochum graduated from Oregon State University and has spent the past five years working at a veterinary hospital on the Oregon coast.
