has been named chief credit officer at Klamath First Bancorp. He succeeds Robert Tucker, who retired after 28 years with the company.

Gay was previously founder and managing director of Willingham & Associates LLC, a consulting business that assisted banks and thrifts. From 1985 to 2000, he was senior vice president and western region executive for Bank America, primarily responsible for credit risk management.

of Eagle Point has been appointed to the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board.

He has owned Overstreet Landscape and Hydroseeding since 1983. The operation is a full-phase landscape contracting business, specializing in commercial construction with design/build as a primary service.

The seven-member Landscape Contractors Board oversees the state agency that regulates more than 1,200 professional landscapers and 700 landscaping businesses. He is past president of the Southern Oregon Landscape Association and Southern Oregon chapter of OLCA.
