' A Phoenix man was listed in good condition at Rogue Valley Medical Center after receiving treatment for a rattlesnake bite Wednesday evening. Rocky Aynes, 49, of the 300 block of Luman Road, told police that he was bitten after opening the lid of a large trash container at Bear Creek Mobile Estates.
Aynes told police that he had killed the snake; officers did not find it. Paramedics said Aynes had two bite marks on his arm, which was swelling.
